1) Do you deliver flowers/gifts on Same Day? What is the Cut-Off Time?

Yes, we do deliver flowers/gifts/cakes on Same Day. We deliver gifts/flowers Same Day all over Bangalore. Same Day delivery orders can be received till 4 PM. on the date of delivery. This is simply a proof of our strong Network in Bangalore. 

 2) Do you deliver flower/gift on Sundays & Holidays?

We deliver Gifts 365 days a year that includes Sunday & other Holidays. However very few items that can only be delivered through Courier will be delivered only on working days.

 3.) Will the flowers be couriered? Can you assure freshness?

No, The flowers will not be couriered. They will be hand delivered by our Bangalore florist. So the flowers will be absolutely fresh.

 4.) What if the delivered flowers / cakes / any perishable item is not fresh?

If the delivered gift was not fresh at the time of delivery and if the recipient declines to accept the delivery, in such cases we shall re-deliver the gift ASAP with no additional cost. But in case the recipient accepts any order, we shall not be answerable for any quality related issue later on.

 5.) What if some item is not available in Bangalore? How will it then be delivered in such cases?

If some item is not available in Bangalore, then we shall courier the same for delivery within 1-3 days time depending on location and holidays, if any.

 6.) Can you deliver customized Gift which is not there in the website?

Yes, we can deliver customized Gifts all over Bangalore.  In that case you have to send us an email stating your requirements & we shall confirm you the same.

 7.) Do you send any Greeting Card along with the ordered cakes / flowers / gifts?

Yes, we do send a greeting card with all ordered gifts that carry your message.

 9) What if I want any delivery dot on time?

 We give assurance of delivery of our orders at a specific date. But, taking into account the traffic & road conditions in Bangalore, we could not guarantee any exact time. We deliver 95% of all orders on time as indicated by our customers. You just have to state your time in the Other Instructions Box in Order Form. Here we must tell you that Fresh Baked Cakes are available only after 10.30 am. So kindly do not request us to deliver cakes early morning. We do not deliver earlier days gift if not requested by the customer.  

 10) How will I come to know if you have delivered my order or not?

It may not be possible to update the Order delivery status online all the time. We normally update orders for next day morning. For instant update you can call us at . However, be sure, we deliver 99.999% of orders on date.
